How and when do I pay the balance?

Please pay the balance 6 weeks before arrival , guests should receive a email reminder. The balance can be paid by Cheque, Bank transfer (please email for bank details), Credit/debit card or Cash.

What do we do if we have problems during our stay?

The owner / manager lives on site so most minor problems can be resolved quickly. A contact number is in the cottage to call in case of an emergency.
